Brad McDonald, the new Executive Chef at Colonie on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Heights (he replaced Alex Sorenson), will be opening a small, “kitchen-focused” restaurant in DUMBO, according to Grub Street.
“It’s currently unnamed, but the place has been floating around under the alias ‘No Name Hunt Club’ and will launch in January 2012.”
