3 Media Production Companies Lease Space in DUMBO

DUMBO — Two Trees Management Co. reports the move of three media production companies to DUMBO. The three join a growing roster of production companies that are enjoying DUMBO and Two Trees amenities, like attended parking garages and digital availability.

“DUMBO is one of New York’s artistic and cultural centers offering creative businesses a collaborative environment with access to like-minded companies and great office spaces equipped with the latest technologies,” said Caroline Pardo, director of leasing for Two Trees.

Following are descriptions of the new leases and tenants:

• Unfinished Side Productions Inc., a music publicity and production company, signed a lease for 269 square feet of space at 45 Main St. The firm offers publicity services to individual artists, ensembles and artist management companies as well as production services to filmmakers with original music and sound design for their pictures.

• Re Mi Fa Inc., a full-service creative agency that covers all forms of media, from music and film to photography, signed a lease for 1,750 square feet of space at 20 Jay St., where they will continue to produce “cutting-edge” entertainment for their clients.

• Heist Inc., a full-service video production and post-production house, also signed a lease at 20 Jay for 1,486 square feet of space. In addition to its new DUMBO office, Heist Inc. has a second location in San Francisco. Pardo represented the landlord on the Re Mi Fa lease and 5 Boroughs Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Elizabeth Cottrill represented landlord Two Trees on the Unfinished Side Productions and Heist leases.
